Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strongly recommend that you always order a single piece as a sample to see in person before placing a larger order. Always measure the space or item you plan on placing the item in, in order to make sure it will fit prior to making an order.

Return:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in sealed unused condition. Our wire mesh is excluded from our return policy and is not returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To return items for a refund, please contact us via email at hello@purdyhardware.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We ship items from multiple warehouses across the United States; therefore, it is very important to contact us so we can provide the correct return address.

INCORRECT PRODUCT:
If you have received a flawed item in your order, kindly reach out to us via email at hello@purdyhardware.com providing us with photographs of the incorrect product. We will assist you in obtaining a return shipping label. Once the return is tracked and confirmed, we will promptly ship a replacement product to you.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE:
We only facilitate exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you require an exchange for the same product, please contact us at hello@purdyhardware.com. We will handle the exchange process at no additional cost.
CHANGE OF MIND:
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We kindly request you to carefully consider your choices regarding color, size, and texture before making a purchase.
All returns and exchanges are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped with our “Free Shipping,” we will charge our “actual” outbound shipping charges as the shipping charges are included in the price but customer will still be charged the round trip shipping costs incurred by Purdy Hardware. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted in their original packaging. Your will be refunded once Purdy Hardware receives the returned merchandise.
CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed and cancellations are granted at our complete discretion. We reserve the right to refuse cancellations. To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible. Order cancellations are not guaranteed as an order might be in the middle of processing and unable to be cancelled. All cancellations are subject to a 2.9% fee which is charged by payment processors and not refundable when an order is cancelled.
