Purdy Hardware offers a limited Samples Program allowing our customers to evaluate up to three sample items under 6 inches of length for a 30% discount. Please note that items ordered under this Samples Program are final sale and are not refundable under any circumstance. The procedures and terms are below (please read thoroughly).

Qualifying Products: The only products that qualify for our Samples Program are knobs and handles under 6 inches. Other items are not eligible. If you wish to sample other items you can order them directly on our site as they would not be eligible for the Samples Program. Wire mesh samples are already priced as samples and are not part of this program.

Limit Per Customer: Customers may only place one order under our Samples Program every three months.

Sample Order Procedure: Please email us at hello@purdyhardware.com with a list of up to three items you wish to order under the samples program. Please include links or screenshots to the items. We will respond by sending you an electronic quote with a link to complete your purchase.

Shipping: The shipping cost for items under the Samples Program is $5.99 for U.S. orders. International orders will be quoted based on the actual cost of shipping.

Please note some items may be excluded from the samples program and we will notify you via email if your order includes any such items.

The screw on this knob is attached to the back of the knob and it cannot be detached. However if it's too long for your application, you can cut it down (do not file it down as that process can damage the knob)

Okay knobs

They look okay, lots of dings and imperfections on the “gold” parts so turning it certain ways to not see it. Also they feel very plastic like and very, very, lightweight. I expected more

They are handmade items, meaning none of the are identical as a factory production, they are made with a made with brass sheet, you could clean them with any brass cleaning prodcut. If you don't like the inperfctions you shouldn't order that kind of tems, because they are made it with hands, and is hard to make that kind of products been perfect each other. Also, you had the option to order one sample to see the quality of the otem and from them you could see the quality, material and everything else, before place an big order. Anyways, thanks for your appreciation.
